One of the country’s biggest trade unions is “seriously concerned” about the development of a new Shenton Park apartment complex being built by BGC after receiving several reports of significant structural defects.
The CFMEU WA branch has received reports from experienced construction workers of structural defects at Shenton Quarter under construction by BCG at the corner of Seymour Avenue and Selby St which is already 12 months behind schedule.
