Australian property developer TOGA has received the go ahead for its fourth project in Macquarie Park.
A three tower development with more than 250 apartments has been given the green light northwest of Sydney.
Australian developer TOGA has received development approval for its new mixed-use residential project called Macquarie Rise.
Macquarie Rise, at 122 Herring Rd, will be TOGA’s fourth project in Macquarie Park.
The development includes a two-storey podium with commercial office, retail spaces and residential lobby areas.
Above will be three residential towers ranging from 12 to 14 storeys with 265 apartments from one to four bedrooms.

There will also be a 20m lap pool, club lounge with a work and study area, pilates studio, gym and a cinema room.
The development was designed by award-winning Turner Studio architects with interiors by Stack Studio
TOGA’s has previously developed One Twenty Macquarie, Macquarie Green and Macquarie Central, amounting to 1000 apartments in the area over the past ten years.
TOGA managing director Allan Vidor said Macquarie Park had matured as a location in the past decade, now offering residents a “cosmopolitan urban centre surrounded by pristine parklands”.
Macquarie University Sydney Metro will be a short walk from Macquarie Rise.
“This shift is attracting families to the area, many of whom are opting for apartment living, which allows them to achieve significant value for money in terms of the amenity, location, and lifestyle they can access.
“Macquarie Rise caters for these buyers through design features such as additional space in
apartments, access to a host of premium work-from-home, health and wellness facilities, as well as the convenience of an activated retail precinct and public plaza at its lower levels.”
Turner Studio’s principal Karl May said Macquarie Rise would be a “desirable new precinct in
Macquarie Park”.
TOGA has preciously developed One Twenty Macquarie – a 192 apartment, 23 storey residential tower.

“The new park at the centre of the project will be great for exercise, dog walking, recreation and a place for children to play,” he said.
The location has access to public transport, further bolstered by the new Metro line which opens in 2024 and will provide fast access to Barangaroo and the CBD.
Macquarie Rise is being delivered in partnership with Baptist Union NSW and Morling College.
“We are delighted to continue our partnership with TOGA, following the successful completion of 120 Macquarie a few years ago,” Baptist Union of NSW’s director of ministries Reverend Steve Bartlett said.
“The approval of Macquarie Rise marks the next step in the evolution of our Macquarie Park campus.”
Morling College principal Reverend Tim MacBride said the college and its church, social and community activities would help the Macquarie Rise community grow.
“Seamless connections to our Ministry and Learning Centre and Residential College, coupled with open paths to the adjacent Macquarie University campus, will ensure existing and future residents will benefit from the Macquarie Rise development,” he said.
Construction is expected to start in mid-2024 with completion anticipated at the end of 2026.
