F45 founder Rob Deutsch is flexing his muscles in the property world.
The Coogee Beach apartment that he rented out after purchasing for $2.1 million in 2017 is back on the market, with an auction guide of the same price.
The listing comes after Deutsch's former Bronte home in Sydney sold for a price believed to be around its $20 million price guide in July 2023. Deutsch sold the tri-level home for a cool $17.7 million in April 2022.
On the books of David Malouf and Michelle Brooks of Highland Double Bay, the Coogee Beach apartment at 2/128-130 Beach Street is scheduled to go to auction on November 2. Malouf tells Nine it has an auction guide of $2.1 million.
The two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit is in the Bay Vista Complex and is directly opposite Coogee Beach, offering breathtaking ocean views.
Interiors are modern with an open-plan layout, floorboards and crisp, whitewashed walls.
The property's standout feature is by far its covered entertainer's terrace, which overlooks Coogee Beach. The sand is just 30 metres away, making the unit ideal for sunseekers.
Records show Deutsch purchased the apartment in December 2017 for $2,121,000. The fitness guru did not live in the unit and, in May, it was rented out at $1200 per week.
The property is scheduled to go to auction at 5.30pm on Thursday November 2.
Domain's House Price Report for the June 2023 quarter reveals the average unit price for Coogee is $1,325,000.

Deutsch's former Bronte pad was listed by Elliott Placks of Ray White Double Bay with a price guide of $20 million. The four-bedroom, three-bathroom property at 12 Bronte Marine Drive at Sydney's Bronte Beach is a sight to behold with its incredible Bronte Beach and Pacific Ocean views.
Although the tri-level home is an entertainer's dream, surprisingly there is no gym.
The lower level boasts a cocktail bar that could rival a top-notch restaurant, a cinema and walk-in wine cellar to choose the perfect drop.
There is also a garden with a pavilion and mineral pool, along with an outdoor shower to refresh after a quick dip in the ocean.
Foodies will delight in the contemporary kitchen with its sleek lines, ample bench space and floor-to-ceiling glass windows that capture the ocean views.
Interiors throughout the home are luxurious with Italian terrazzo in the kitchen, oak floorboards and plush drapes.
Deutsch left global fitness chain F45 in 2020, having founded it in 2013. Classes run for 45 minutes and consist of functional, high-intensity interval and circuit training.
