The western-Sydney mansion has it’s very own milk-bar style mancave next to a monster gym.
A western-Sydney mansion has come up for sale with its very own stocked up old-school milk bar.
Listing agent Joe Safi from LJ Hooker Camden / Bringelly said there were no other words to describe the property but “grand, lavish and luxurious”.
The most curious feature of the property is the dine-in 1950s style milk bar.
The man-cave turned milk bar includes a jukebox, tables in restaurant style sitting and even a counter with a cash register.

For the authentic milk-bar experience, there is a Streets ice cream fridge, Chupa Chup lollipop stand and every kind of soft drink imaginable.
The room is decked out with Coca-cola and Arnotts paraphernalia.
Mr Safi said the owner was a vintage car enthusiast and made the room to fit in with the era of some of his cars.
“It’s quite different from the rest of the property, it takes you back in time,” he said.
“It’s separate from the rest of the house so it’s set up like a chill-out spot, a little retreat away from home,” he said.

The “absolutely stunning” landscaping by award-winning landscaper Dean Herald, cost the owners around one million dollars, not including the pool and full size tennis court, according to Mr Safi.
Other features of the Denham Court home are the media room, separate outdoor kitchen and fireplace in the private courtyard – making it an entertainer’s dream house.

The six-bedroom, four-bathroom “lavish” home is open for sale via appointment only for qualified buyers. Mr Safi said he had been “swept off his feet” with inquiries, mostly Mum and Dad types who had sold their previous properties due to rezoning in the area.
The median house price in Denham Court is $1.125 million, according to PropTrack data.
