A home in Sydney’s east is up for rent with a bond of $100K.
A Sydney rental has been listed with the landlord seeking an eye-watering bond of $100,000.
The family estate in Bellevue Hill is available now for $25,000 per week. The rent works out to $1.3m per year.
The rent is almost 10 times the median rent of $2547 in the exclusive Eastern suburbs location, which has increased 21.3 per cent over the past 12 months.
However, the listing is by no means your average rental with “world class” Sydney Harbour views from the three level Victorian home.

The tenants have a choice to have the house furnished or unfurnished.
