Stage three at Sanctuary, Wentworth Point’s luxurious waterside development, is the newest release of residences in the picturesque community.
Willow is the third stage in the significant Sydney development by Sekisui House Australia, joining Laguna and Glade as prime lifestyle prospects with fast connectivity to the CBD.

The innovative design was created by architecture and design studio TURNER, with the lush outdoors by Site Image Landscape Architects.
“We design a building to connect with the natural surroundings,” says Paul Wainwright, Senior Sales and Operations Manager, Apartment and Mixed-Use Developments at Sekisui House Australia.
“When workshopping with our architects and design team we try to ensure those outlooks and view lines are maximised to give people that connection.”
The Willow apartments feature light-filled modern interiors with premium fixtures and finishes, floor-to-ceiling windows with double-glazing, and private balconies to enjoy the water views.
Located at Sydney’s geographic centre, on Wattlebird Road in Wentworth Point, Willow offers 323 luxe apartments as part of the sprawling Sanctuary development. Residences start from $695,000.
The masterplan will comprise about 2300 apartments on completion, released across six stages.
Willow is the third stage of the sprawling Sanctuary development.
The masterplan integrates green spaces and outstanding views on the water’s edge, with plenty of walking paths connected to shops, cafes, parklands, barbecue facilities and more.
“It is one of the largest and last north-facing waterfront estates of this size in Sydney. The entire precinct is approximately 9.5 hectares,” says Wainwright.
“The waterfront foreshore park connects all the different buildings and all the different stages together. Many of these apartments are a stone’s throw from the water’s edge.”
Wentworth Point offers a strong transport infrastructure, including Sydney Olympic Park Ferry Wharf within a two-minute walk, and the Barangaroo Fast Ferry for an easy commute.
“Stage Two Paramatta Light Rail is under proposal, and we’re working with the design of how that integrates and runs around our estate,” says Wainwright.
“This much-anticipated connection to the north of Parramatta River, and all those suburbs on our northern boundary, is going to be a game changer.”
Connected to nature and close to transport links, Sanctuary offers the best of both worlds.
Wainwright says Sanctuary presents a balanced lifestyle opportunity for residents who need to stay connected to the heart of Sydney.
“We’re delivering an estate that caters to people from all walks of life, and in all stages of life, whether empty nesters, downsizers, young couples, singles or young families,” he says.
“A lot of young people are enjoying calling the area home, and we continue to see a much higher increase in owner occupiers.”
Sanctuary’s residents will also be able to enjoy an expansive range of on-site amenities, including retail, hospitality and wellness options.
Willow residents have access to a lagoon pool on level three, complete with cabanas and daybeds.
Sanctuary’s Revive Health Club includes an indoor heated pool, spa and sauna along with a commercial-size gymnasium and exercise equipment on the rooftop, featuring state-of-the-art cardio and strength equipment.
The lagoon pool is a standout.
“Revive is exclusive to the residents of Sanctuary and is under construction, due for completion late next year. That will be delivered well before the residents of stage three move in during 2025*,” Wainwright says.
The podium gardens are another drawcard, designed to embrace the site’s connection with nature for an immersive outdoor experience.
Residents can enjoy walking trails and cycle paths, barbecue areas and multi-purpose spaces for community activation.
Around 50 apartments have already sold at Willow, Wainwright says, with buyers attracted to the prospect of waterside living.
“We’re currently selling a broad mix of one, one-plus-study and two-bedroom apartments and will continue to release more apartments as the stage progresses.”
