A buyer has secured a prime piece of real estate that was once owned by NRL coach Des Hasler.
The two-bedroom, two-bathroom luxury apartment at 3/19 Holbrook Avenue in Sydney's Kirribilli, sold prior to auction on August 11 for a multimillion-dollar figure.
It's not just unobstructed Sydney Harbour views that this property offers, but also private access to a sea pool.
Listed by Nigel Mukhi of DiJones Neutral Bay, the apartment sold for an undisclosed figure "north of $4 million". It had a price guide of $3.75 million.
Buyer's agent Dan Bramley confirms to Nine that Hasler, who is to become coach of the Gold Coast Titans in the NRL in 2024, was the previous vendor.
Bramley of agency Cohen Handler, purchased the property privately off Hasler in 2021 on behalf of his parents.
Hasler coached the Manly Warringah Sea Eagles from 2004 to 2011 before a brief stint with the Canterbury Bankstown Bulldogs.
He returned to Manly in 2019 but was sacked in 2022. In June it was announced he would replace Justin Holbrook as coach for the Gold Coast Titans in 2024.
Mukhi adds that the buyer used to rent in the building and flew in from interstate on August 11 to purchase the property.

The renovated apartment is located in The Walder building that was built around 1918.
As stated on the listing, the apartment was modified by COSO Architecture, going from a three-bedroom to more of an oversized two-bedroom home.
The result is contemporary with its number of luxe inclusions in the space.
Interiors feature coffered ceilings, crisp whitewashed walls, dark oak floors, plantation shutters, reclaimed stained glass doors and stone benchtops in the kitchen.

Tall bay windows offer unobstructed views of Sydney Harbour, making the property an "absolute waterfront haven".
The apartment's pièce de résistance is its private access to a sea pool. The sea pool is situated near a lawn and barbecue area for residents of the complex to enjoy.
Kirribilli is an affluent suburb of Sydney, just 3km north of the CBD.
Domain's House Price Report for the June 2023 quarter reveals the median price for a unit in the area is $1,150,000.
