Domain's House Price Report for the September 2023 quarter reveals the median house price for St Ives is $2.9 million, an increase of 52.6 per cent over a five-year period.
The home is scheduled to go to auction at 12pm on Sunday December 17. Records show it last sold for $1.22 million in July 2007.
