New Investment Positions the Company for Growth
RIVERSIDE, Calif., February 16, 2023–(BUSINESS WIRE)–K&N Engineering, Inc. On January 3, 2023, K&N announced that it entered into a Restructuring Support Agreement ("RSA") with 100% of its lenders. As a result of consummating the recapitalization, a group of institutional investors, through their managed funds, have become majority owners of the Company.

It was the highest annual profit ever seen by a Wall Street hedge fund, and reflected the 38% return generated by Citadel’s flagship fund. Now we all know that past performance is no guarantee of future gains – but it
