Bruce Lehrmann has been partying at this stunning $50m+ estate.
This is the exclusive $50m+ mansion where Bruce Lehrmann was spotted partying last week.
According to news.com.au. Lehrmann was a guest at the blue chip Darling Point home in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs for a Liberal Party fundraiser on Thursday night.
The home is owned by ‘Liberal Party stalwart’ Paul Haege, who has owned the 6-bedroom, 4-bathroom estate since 1997, when he paid $52,000, property records state.
The home sits on almost 2000 sqm. Picture: Contemporary hotels.

Tiny Bondi Beach ‘shoebox’ sells for insane price
The home, known as Gatsby House and Orme Estate, which sits on 1,834 sqm, boasts a prized northerly aspect and stunning district views and a 25m pool, has been estimated to be worth $50m. However given the incredible surge in property prices at the top end of Sydney real estate in recent years, that could be a rather conservative appraisal.
Homes in the suburb are very tightly held, with PropTrack not listing a median house price for the harbourside suburb of Darling Point, due to a lack of sales.
The home is listed on several websites for hire as a venue for events, product launches and film shoots and also as an executive ‘hotel’ rental.
“Return to the halcyon days of Gatsby at the magnificent Orme Estate Darling Point,” marketing for the incredible home reads.

The home can be rented out for photo and film shoots and events.
And parties.

“There are 3x separate living areas all with tvs to relax, watch TV or read and the large kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances to prepare a meal for the dining table which seats 10 and fit for Gatsby himself. A large laundry neighbours the kitchen.
“The 25 metre pool set amongst the large North facing garden is flanked by a pool house with daybeds and a separate heated spa close to the pool overlooking the velvety green lawn.
“There is a smaller paved outdoor dining area for an afternoon Pimm’s or an early evening BBQ.
Great Gatsby-esque
