Soccer fever was at an all-time high this year when the Matildas made it through to the semi-finals of the FIFA Women's World Cup.

The properties had price guides ranging from $700,000 to more than $1.2 million and will make entertaining a breeze with their indoor and outdoor recreation zones.
A grand six-bedroom, four-bathroom home at 41 Sanderling Street in Stirling, Western Australia, has a room dedicated to soccer and is now under offer.
Listing photos reveal an incredible indoor soccer pitch on the lower level with a "large artificial grassed area for sports fans".

Stirling is a residential suburb of Perth, about 10km north of the CBD. Domain's House Price Report for the September 2023 quarter reveals the median house price for the area is $959,999. 
A modern one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment at 108/6 Shout Ridge in Lindfield, New South Wales, promises luxe inclusions and privacy and sold on October 19 for an undisclosed figure.
Listed with a price guide of $700,000, the first-floor unit is adjacent to the extensive grounds of Charles Bean Oval, which has a soccer field.

It has the "feel of no neighbours and offers a front-row seat to soccer matches," agents Andy Yeung and Timothy Chai of Ray White AY Realty Chatswood say on the listing.
There are also other communal areas for residents in the complex to enjoy.
Lindfield is a quiet suburb on Sydney's upper north shore, 13km north west of the CBD.
And although it may look like a typical two-storey brick home from the front, behind this Mount Crosby home is an extensive backyard that's been described as a "playground paradise". It sold on September 17 for $1.17 million.
The six-bedroom, four-bathroom property at 34 Jack Kerr Court occupies more than an acre of land with lush gardens that provide plenty of room for soccer nets and space to dribble – as seen in the campaign shots.
Listed by Ian Keenan of Ray White Metro West, the price guide was $1.2 million-plus.
