METAIRIE, La. — The Feil Organization, a national real estate investment firm, has announced that Covington-based engineering firm Ampirical Solutions has signed a 9,829-square-foot lease for five years at The Galleria, a Class-A office building at One Galleria Boulevard in Metairie. Completed in 1986, the 22-story, 466,110-square-foot office building offers a fitness center, food service, an ATM, a car wash service, and on-site security and management.
“Our employees are extremely important to our business. The expansion of our company into the Metairie area will allow our south shore employees a shorter commute, but also allow us to recruit from the talented pool of engineers that currently live on the south shore,” said Kurt Traub, vice president of engineering at Ampirical, in a press release. “One of our biggest clients is Entergy, so the closer proximity to their headquarters will only enhance our solid partnership.”
Ampirical’s relocation to Galleria will happen in November.
Scott Graf of Corporate Realty represented the Feil Organization in the transaction, and Ampirical Solutions was represented by Celso Eric Hernandez of Nola Living Realty.
The Feil Organization is a real estate investment, management, and development firm based in New York City. Its portfolio includes more than 24 million square feet of industrial, commercial, and retail space, along with more than 5,000 residential properties, and thousands of acres of undeveloped land.
“Ampirical Solutions is an incredibly renowned firm in the greater New Orleans area that we’re excited to welcome to Galleria,” said Colette Wharton, regional director and asset manager at the Feil Organization.
