Michelle Bridges, the fitness queen in Ten’s The Biggest Loser, has found privacy and a level yard the big winner at her new Rose Bay home.
She has snapped up a luxury four-bedroom residence with pool for $6.25m prior to auction via newly appointed Ray White Double Bay co-principal Warren Ginsberg and colleague Claudia Brunker.
The pair had been quoting a guide of $6m.
Separate sources say most of all, the single mum had wanted the child-friendly garden away from prying eyes for both herself and her son, Axel.

All on one level, the living areas spill to the terrace and lawn.

“Her seven-year-old was the focus,” the source said, adding that it was a “lifestyle choice” to make the move from the Southern Highlands.
“She’s looking forward to enrolling him in school here.”
Bridges was a popular identity on the reality TV Show as the trainer alongside her former partner Steve “Commando” Willis between 2007 and 2015.
She’d sold her Kangalon home in July after a six-month long campaign. There’d initially been $6.5m-$7m hopes but the property ended up selling for $4.25m.
But Bridges still made a decent profit: she’d outbid the chef, Luke Mangan, paying $2.7m in 2017.
The modern kitchen was also appealing.
There are multiple dining options.
Meanwhile, the Rose Bay home has tripled in value since the Clark family bought it for $2,925,000 nine years ago.
The DA indicates the extension and pool/spa was done by the previous owners in 2006.
Yet clearly the Clarks have maintained the home beautifully and possibly done some cosmetic updates.
The fact that it was built across a single level and had a rear northerly aspect on the 611sqm block made it highly popular with all the buyers — not just Bridges.
When she’d previously lived in Sydney, Bridges had been at the Pomeroy in Potts Point, which she sold for $6.4m in 2020.
