Supporters of the Uyghur people in Western China claim their religious freedom's been destroyed by a Chinese Government crackdown on extremism in Xinjiang province. A United Nations report's found widespread human rights abuses against the Uyghurs, which may amount to "crimes against humanity". David Lipson travelled to Xinjiang as part of a tour organised by the Chinese Government and says the region is undergoing a tourism boom.
