Project: The Pardee consists of 81,000 square feet in five stories and is home to 26 residential units. The first floor is dedicated to retail space; the second floor has office space and four apartments; and the third through fifth floors are dedicated to the remaining 22 apartments. The apartments have high-end finishes such as granite countertops, luxury vinyl tile flooring, exposed ceilings, walk-in closets, private balconies and upgraded appliances.

Project: Auden Buffalo offers private housing for university students. The units are pet-friendly one-, two-, three- or four-bedroom suites that are fully furnished with common areas and full kitchens. Amenities include central air, stainless steel appliances, Internet and Wi-Fi, and washer and dryer. Occupants also have access to an on-site ice rink, movie theater, study lounge, hot tubs, swimming pool, sauna, yoga studio, fitness center, clubhouse, fire pits, barbecue grills and a shuttle bus.

Project: To meet demand for market-rate, multifamily housing in the Town of Lewiston, the Apartments at Legacy is the culmination of a successful planned unit development first conceived and approved in the mid-2000s. The garden-style design includes a 1,500-square-foot clubhouse and inground saltwater pool. All five 16-unit buildings (80 units total) were leased prior to construction completion. There are no vacancies.
