The Quittner family has listed its longtime modernist 1960s Castle Cove house for October 28 auction with a $3.75 million price guide through Craig and Sharon Ireson of McGrath.
It follows the death of artist Eva Quittner, whose late husband, engineer John, constructed it after they migrated from Hungary in 1957.
