Designed by renowned architect Adrian Smith, the Jeddah Tower is envisioned to reach an astonishing height of over 1,000 meters (3,280 feet) upon completion, surpassing the current tallest building, the Burj Khalifa in Dubai. It is poised to be a symbol of Saudi Arabia’s economic and architectural prowess.
The tower’s construction had faced setbacks, primarily due to financial and logistical challenges.

However, with renewed commitment from the Saudi government and private investors, work has recommenced. The tower will feature a mix of residential, commercial, and hospitality spaces, including a luxury hotel, offices, and residential apartments.
The revival of this project signals Saudi Arabia’s determination to diversify its economy and promote tourism and investment.

When the Jeddah Tower is complete, it will overtake the Burj Khalifa as the world’s tallest tower. 
Currently, the tallest tower in the world was the Burj Khalifa, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Burj Khalifa stands at a height of 828 meters. Whereas the Jeddah Tower will stand at over 1km (1,000m).
