Triple Eight Race Engineering and Supercheap Auto will continue their successful partnership in Supercars for the foreseeable future.
The team has announced it has extended a major partnership with the national automotive retailer.
Supercheap Auto has sponsored Triple Eight Race Engineering since 2021 after it switched camps for the fourth time following a five-year association with Tickford.
Supercheap Auto jumped on board with Triple Eight from Tickford in 2021 for Jamie Whincup’s final season.
Despite the partnership ending the well known sight of a fully backed Supercheap Auto liveried car as part of the full time, it has brought great success.
In addition Supercheap Auto has made notable appearances at the Bathurst 1000 each year with a third Triple Eight wildcard decked out in its recognisable red and yellow colours.
The first was driven by Russell Ingall and current full time driver Broc Feeney in 2021, but now the face of the car is Craig Lowndes, who will share the Camaro this year with Zane Goddard.

Whilst the Supercheap Auto logos have been placed in similar spots to previous years, they are more noticeable in 2023 on the Gen3 Camaro with extra red incorporated into the livery.
Triple Eight Race Engineering team principal Jamie Whincup has welcomed the announcement.
“Supercheap Auto shares a similar ethos to Triple Eight; invest in the future of motorsport and provide unbelievable experiences to our supporters by showcasing our incredible products.
“I want to thank Benjamin (Ward, Supercheap Auto Managing Director) his senior leadership team and the wider Supercheap Auto family for their continued support.
“I’m thrilled to see this super partnership continue.”
“We’re all about bringing greater benefits and perks to our customers and fans and being partners
with a team of Red Bull Ampol Racing’s caliber provides the perfect synergy for Supercheap Auto and ToolPro.
“Our Supercheap Auto Club members can look forward to even greater value as a result of this partnership extension, and we wish Triple Eight the best for the remaining of the 2023 season and years ahead.”
