New data compiled by global consultancy firm Mercer and shared exclusively with The Australian Financial Review has revealed the 10 Aussie jobs that copped the biggest pay rises of the past year.
Experts say employers have been forced to up their offers recently – a situation which will ease soon as more workers return to the economy and the skills shortage weakens.
Here are the top 10 jobs for pay increases in the country.
The Mercer survey showed these workers had a 10 per cent pay rise in 2022-23.
The average Australian pay rise across all industries was four per cent.
These jobs received an average 11 per cent pay rise.
Cyber security threats are increasing around the world, so it's no wonder the pay is up too. Entry-level roles saw an 11 per cent average increase.
