Sydney socialite Barbara Zitianellis, who has partied with the likes of Hailey Baldwin, has bought a new $13.5m home and it looks like it’s set for a hot date with the wrecking ball.
Construction boss Antoine Gittany and his socialite wife, Barbara Zitianellis, are revealed as the new owners of one of Balmoral’s most expansive homes but word on the street is that they will probably knock it down and build their dream home on the big block.
The couple sold their newly built home in Beauty Point earlier this year for $19m and at the time said they were looking for a new project. Well now it appears that the new project is in Little St, Mosman, a five-bedroom house with views out to the Heads.
The wrecking ball could be swinging through these walls soon.

The old red brick house had been on and off the market with two different agencies since February last year but sold mid-November for $13.5m through Jonathon De Brennan of De Brennan Property.
Barbara Zitianellis is often seen at A-lister parties, most notably at model Hailey Baldwin’s Sydney birthday bash a couple of years before she married famous Canadian singer Justin Bieber. Hailey is the niece of Alec Baldwin.
The home sits in a great location.

The Beauty Point block he developed was more than 1000 sqm in size and sold for a new record for the Beauty Point peninsula. The newly-purchased Little St block is even bigger at 1113 sqm and just 350m from Mosman Village.
According to PropTrack, the median house price in Mosman is $5m. That’s up 4.2 per cent over the past 12 months.
