Records reveal the property, at 18 Etna St, first hit the market with another agency in May, 2023.
In June it was listed with a price tag of $9.75m before Sam Guo and Julia Kuo took over the marketing in September.
The agents had planned to take the property to auction in October but managed to ink a $8.1 million deal within two days of their marketing campaign.
“These unique properties that offer people a great location and a quality design and still very popular with astute buyers,” Mr Guo said.
“This particular property really suited the needs of the buyer — they wanted this style and a lift.”

It is the highest price paid for a property on the Gold Coast in 2023.
The highest sale ever recorded on the Isle of Capri is $27m in 2020 for a sprawling mega mansion at 41-45 The Promenade.
That sale remains the most expensive property to ever change hands on the Gold Coast.
