2 Crown St, St Peters NSW
An Inner West property covered in trees, bushes, and hanging vines is predicted to perform strongly at auction this weekend.
The designer home at 2 Crown St in St Peters
combines the look of a treehouse with the style of an industrial property.
The industrial-style treehouse is guided for $2.1m and will be auctioned off this weekend.
Presented for sale via The Agency’s Brad Gillespie and Jack Wimpy for $2.1m, the four bedroom and two bathroom property will be auctioned on Saturday morning.
In addition to being unique for its hanging gardens reminiscent of One Central Park in Sydney, the home includes a rooftop bedroom looking out towards the leafy surrounds of the nearby Sydney Park.

Upsizers and investors have expressed interest in the property.
Mr Gillespie told The Daily Telegraph that the property had received 212 groups through its doors and was predicted to have 10 registered bidders competing to own the home.
“A lot of the interest that we’ve seen for this property has come from upsizing families and investors.
“It was constructed by a builder eight years ago and he’s lived in it ever since. A lot of people walking through Sydney Park or just down the street stop to admire the property.
“The Inner West is experiencing an amazing lack of stock across multiple suburbs, including St Peters. There’s tough competition to get into the market, which is pushing up prices.”
Each level of the property enjoys the surrounding trees and views towards Sydney Park.
Trees all around.
Features of the property include an integrated stone kitchen, bi-fold doors leading to an outdoor deck and balcony, a master suite with a walk-in wardrobe, and a lower level with space for storage or an office.

The location of the home is also appealing to buyers, with a short stroll to St Peters station, Sydney Park, and the dining precinct on South King St.
Over the past year, the median house price in St Peters has fallen by seven per cent – with the average home costing $1.5m to purchase.
