A property that houses Sydney‘s ‘best brothel’ is up for sale, with buyers being asked to fork out $3.5million to own the piece of real estate.
Located in the industrial precinct of Blacktown, Western Sydney, the property includes a free-standing duplex building suitable for owner occupiers and investors. 
Spanning 760sqm, the 40 Forge Street property also includes two units, one of which is home to a brothel.

Blacktown 40 is one of several brothels in the suburb and it describes itself as the ‘the best brothel in Blacktown’.
It is unknown whether Blacktown 40 will continue to operate once the warehouse and unit one is sold, despite having a 10-year lease which expires in 2026 
Commercial buyers have shown a ‘decent level of interest’ despite property sales slowing down during the holiday period, according to The Daily Telegraph. 
The unassuming warehouse is described in the listing as having ‘dual roller shutter access of approximately 275 sqm, with 95 sqm of office and amenities over two levels.’ 
The listing explains the brothel is ‘currently operating’ and ‘council approved’, with prospective buyers told both units have ‘ample parking at the rear’. 
Daily Mail Australia has contacted listing agent Steven Giffney from Solve commercial for comment. 
It comes after a similar property at 12 Forge Street was sold on December 19 and leased.
