115 Pacific Highway North Sydney – a building housing a well known Brothel – is for sale with $3+ million expectations.
A North Sydney property operating as a popular Brothel is on the market, offering lower north shore buyers bang for their buck and potential for the ultimate in happy endings.
The commercial site at 115 Pacific Highway, opposite Greenwood Plaza, is described as “an exceptionally rare opportunity” to purchase a freehold asset located in the heart of North Sydney.
The Brothel is set on 227 sqm and has nine rooms and a rooftop balcony with views over Sydney Harbour.
Set on 227 sqm, the three-level building – with nine rooms – is leased to a fully licensed Bordello in operation for 15 years, which has just signed a new five-year agreement.
Known as “Pure Massage”, the sordid business advertises “a relaxing massage to help you feel better and relieve the pressures of the day.”
“Our beautiful ladies offer sensual massage and are experienced in all techniques,” its website says.
“We can also provide additional services at your request.”
The vendor of the brothel, at 115 Pacific Highway, is assured a happy ending if the price guide is achieved.
Twelve women, mostly aged in their 20s, are listed on the site with descriptions like “busty, very experienced,” “playful with good hands”, and “loves to have fun and play”.
Selling agent Nick Moloney from Raine and Horne Commercial told Mosman Collective the property has already received several enquiries since its launch this week.
“It’s a fantastic property for commercially minded people,” he said.
115 Pacific Highway has been operating as a licensed Brothel for the past 15 years, with a new 5 year lease just signed.
Mr Moloney said the Massage Parlour offered “security and longevity” to a new owner, and the building would likely remain a sex-service provider in the future.
“There’s all the approvals and licences for use as a sex service,” he said.
“Legal brothels are quite bound to properties because the licence stays with the address, and they are hard to get.

“If the business entity were to move, they would have to initiate the DA process again.
“Where there are legal brothels, the tenants tend to stay for a long period of time.”
The price guide for 115 Pacific Highway, North Sydney is $3.15m.
Property records reveal the property last sold for $1,134,000 in May 2008.
It’s believed the current owner is selling up as part of his retirement plan.
Mr Moloney said the building offers a reception area on the ground floor, with the “service rooms” on levels two and three.
“And on the top floor, there is a balcony with views over Sydney Harbour,” he said.
“It’s pretty special.”
The property is located in the heart of North Sydney, just across the road from Greenwood Plaza.
The property advertisement says the Brothel is on an island site comprising four buildings. It benefits from a 75 RL meter height limit, is directly opposite Greenwood Plaza, North Sydney station, and is only meters from the soon-to-be-completed North Sydney Metro Station.
It’s not the first Brothel Mr Moloney has sold, but he did confirm it was likely the 115 Pacific Highway vendor would have a very happy ending.
“I’ve sold two brothels in the past,” he said, “and for people who can look past the way the building is used, it’s a great passive investment providing good cash flow and a low risk.”
