Six months after joining Argon & Co, Pollen Consulting Group has completed its integration into the global operations and supply chain consulting group and rebranded as Argon & Co.
In February this year Sydney-based Pollen Consulting Group joined Argon & Co, in a move that roughly doubled the firm’s Australia and New Zealand headcount.
Argon & Co had a presence in the region through its 2018 merger with Crimson & Co (around 30 staff), with Pollen Consulting Group on board that number now sits at over 60 consultants across offices in Sydney, Melbourne, and Auckland.
Pollen Consulting adopts Argon & Co brand following integration
“Pollen Consulting brings experience and capability across a broad range of industries, specialising in operations, engineering, and procurement as well as market leading technology solutions, and a focus on people development,” said Yvan Salamon, CEO of Argon & Co.
“The full integration consolidates our position in the operations consultancy market. Uniting into one business, brings together our best practice knowledge and reinforces our expanding global presence.”
Since announcing the deal, Argon & Co has meanwhile bolted on a team in China and launched a new office in Riyadh, its second in the Middle East.
Globally, private equity-backed Argon & Co has over 400 consultant and staff working from offices in 13 countries.
Paul Eastwood, the founder and CEO of Pollen Consulting Group, leads the Australia and New Zealand region. “Whilst the Pollen Consulting brand will be missed, our new Argon & Co identity will take us on our next journey to build a leading global management consultancy and our values, culture and people will remain the same.”
