NSW and Penrith Panthers superstar Nathan Cleary is now the proud owner of the stunning luxury riverside home he grew up in after buying it from his parents.
According to property records, the four-bedroom, 892-square-metre property on the Nepean River in Sydney‘s west traded hands recently for $1.7m.
Nathan’s father and coach at the Panthers, Ivan, purchased the home for $1.175m in 2013, when Nathan was a teenager.
The modern house sits in a leafy environment with both indoor and outdoor entertaining areas, and features large floor-to-ceiling windows that allow lots of natural light.
The spacious home is located near BlueBet Stadium, which will be very convenient for Panthers home games and training.

The 25-year-old is one of the competition’s top players and committed to Penrith last year when he signed a deal worth $1.1million a season to stay at the club.
Cleary is among the highest earners in the NRL and typically the game’s best-paid players attract extra scrutiny, but there has been very little disagreement with the salary afforded to the halfback.
After captaining back-to-back premiership-winning sides, Cleary is now regarded as one of the best Panthers players ever.
Under his leadership Penrith have made the last three grand finals while he was named the Dally M halfback of the year twice.
The No.7 was shattered to be ruled out of Origin game two with a serious hamstring injury, but hopes to be fit in time to make a return for the last game against Queensland on July 12.
‘(I) knew it wasn’t good,’ Cleary said when he picked up the hamstring complaint against the Dragons in round 14.

‘That’s initially why I was probably so frustrated, I knew it wasn’t going to be the best result.
‘[Being out of game two] was probably the most shattering part. It’s not the greatest timing, but at the end of the day it could always be worse, so that’s the mindset I’m going with.
‘I’ve never really done a hammy before so I’m not too sure how the recovery process goes, but literally, at the moment it’s day by day.’
