If you love the Batman franchise then you're in for a treat.
A rare property in Sydney's Annandale with Gothic-style architecture has been listed and is expected to sell around the $15 million mark.
Named The Abbey, the nine-bedroom, six-bedroom mansion at 272 Johnston Street is listed by Black Diamondz Agency and represented by agent Monika Tu.
The owner is hoping to have better luck this time, having previously listed it for $15 million late last year through a different agent.

The home, which features a detailed stone exterior, is ideal for any Batman fan with its Gothic look.
Rooms feature gargoyles, intricate stained glass windows, mahogany wood detail, patterned tilework and sharp lines.
Soaring beamed ceilings, eclectic wallpaper and crystal chandeliers add extra touches of grandeur.
There is ample space for entertaining with a terrace, heated pool, chapel-turned-music room and wine cellar.
Those that are keen to have guests over or are looking to make some extra cash will enjoy the former stables that have been converted into a separate three-bed dwelling.
The property last sold for $4.86 million in 2009 according to Pricefinder.
