A rare property in Sydney's Annandale with Gothic-style architecture has been listed and is expected to sell around the $15 million mark.
Named The Abbey, the nine-bedroom, six-bedroom mansion at 272 Johnston Street is listed by Black Diamondz Agency and represented by agent Monika Tu.
The owner is hoping to have better luck this time, having previously listed it for $15 million late last year through a different agent.
