A fixer-upper in a hip Sydney suburb is for sale, sans inside loo, after 100 years in the same hands.
The four-bedroom, one-bathroom home at 276-278 Trafalgar Street in Annandale has a basic framework including a "raw kitchen" but it's the washroom that needs major TLC.
On the plus side there's a working bathroom, however, the buyer will need to go outside to use the toilet. Lead agent Simon Pilcher of Pilcher Residential who holds the listing alongside Trent Conlan, confirms to Nine there is no inside toilet.
Offered for the first time in almost a century, the Victorian terrace has a $3 million price guide and is scheduled to go to auction on Saturday November 4.
It's all about location, location for the rundown terrace. Agents describe the home on the listing as being in a "dream spot", close to public transport, restaurants and schools.
Annandale has quickly become an on-trend suburb littered with eateries and boutiques, and is just 5km west of Sydney's CBD. Domain's House Price Report for the June 2023 quarter reveals the median house price for the suburb is $1,975,000.

For the $3 million price tag, the buyer will want to capitalise on the land size, views and prime location.
Set on around 291 square metres, the terrace offers views of the city skyline from the upper level and there's a side block with sheds and storage.
The actual home has rusted fretwork, scuffed walls and dated carpet, but leadlight glass and ornate fireplaces speak to its future potential and past grandeur.
There are no photos of the working bathroom or outdoor toilet on the listing.
