12-14 Victor Ave, Narrawallee has sold for $12m to a Sydney family.
A South Coast beachfront home has sold for a record-breaking price, nearly $10m more than what the owners paid for it 12 years ago.
The Rose-Innes family had bought the Narrawallee home on its own private peninsula with 180-degree coastal views for $2.5m in 2010, records show, and did a major refurbishment.
They’ve now sold it for $12m, which beats the previous South Coast house price record by $2m — a beachfront at neighbouring Mollymook sold for $10m two years ago.
Sales agent Michael Coombs of Atlas, who sold the Victor Ave property in five weeks in conjunction with Lisa Cox of LJ Hooker Ulladulla, said the purchaser had property in Sydney and the Southern Highlands.

12-14 Victor Ave is on two lots totalling 1549sqm, with a 75m beach frontage.
The house has been refubished by the current owners.
“Most of the interest came from Sydney’s eastern suburbs and the lower north shore,” Coombs said.
Not hard to see why he had three or four buyers keen.
The six-bedroom home, one of only two homes directly adjoining Narrawallee Beach, is on two lots totalling 1549sqm and has panoramic outlooks to Cunjurong Point and Bannister Head.
