A vendor has undergone a marathon renovation to transform a rare property into a gem.

His colleague Phoenix Tysonn also revealed that the transformation took around three to five years to complete, and that the property originally hit the market seven months ago for a cool $5 million.

With the vendor keen to sell, the asking price has been dropped to $3.85 million.
The home's original pink brick and black corrugated iron façade has been kept. However, the interiors are a different story with a mix of sleek design and restored heritage features.
Containing a whopping eight bedrooms and five bathrooms, the property offers plenty of potential in that it can be divided into two residences or function as just one.
The property is considered a double terrace and spans an incredible four to five levels.
