A man has been stabbed during a brutal home invasion on Sunday night when three men forced their way into the property in Sydney’s west.
Police are appealing to the public for information after the trio allegedly entered the home before threatening the man and leaving stab wounds to his arm and leg.
Emergency services were called to the property in Seven Hills just after 10pm following reports of a break-in.
Officers arrived to find the 23-year-old with serious stab wounds. He was treated by paramedics at the scene and was taken to Westmead Hospital in a stable condition.
Police have established a crime scene and have launched an investigation into the incident. No arrests have been made.
Detectives are urging anyone with information or footage of the incident to contact police.
