About the team
The School of Engineering is renowned for its award-winning researchers, teachers, and facilities. It is a multidisciplinary school offering education and research in several engineering disciplines, including automation and robotics, biomedical, civil, environmental, mining, chemical, mechanical, electrical, and electronic and engineering. About the opportunity
As a Lecturer within the Department of Civil, Environmental and Mining Engineering, you will coordinate teaching and develop research relevant to structural engineering.
As a passionate advocate for teaching excellence, you will develop and deliver undergraduate and master’s curricula with a focus on structural engineering. You will also provide high quality supervision of Honours, Masters and PhD students and design and implement best practice assessments of student learning outcomes.
In addition you will conduct collaborative and independent research that complements existing research in structural engineering, and communicate findings through scientific publications, reports, meetings and teaching.
