Kyle Sandilands and his wife, Tegan Kynaston, have bought a new $13m home.
Radio king Kyle Sandilands and his wife Tegan Kynaston have snapped up an incredible home in Sydney’s Vaucluse with views of the harbour, Bridge and city for more than $13m.
Sources close to the pair revealed they loved the privacy of the two-level four-bedroom, four-bathroom home with pool and double garage, just a four-minute drive from where they’ve been renting near Nielsen Park.
The sales agent, Ray White Double Bay’s Alan Fettes refused to discuss the identity of the purchasers of the home when contacted, but confirmed it sold above the $13m guide last Tuesday ahead of the auction scheduled for last Thursday.

He’d had a couple of buyers interested in the residence, which, apart from being incredibly private, is on a large 1,018sqm block.
There are multiple formal and casual living areas, a rumpus room, study, large bedrooms with ensuites, landscaped gardens, a pool and spa area.
The KIIS FM breakfast star and Kynaston also own a “castle” at Glenorie in Sydney’s Hills District, purchased for $3m last July.
Sandilands said at the time he intended to build a Hamptons-style family home on the 9580 sqm acreage that adjoins bushland.

A great spot to relax.
The kitchen looks decent enough, but the couple are planning a reno.
There are multiple dining areas.
It’s understood that’s still the plan, with this Vaucluse property serving as their city pad for during the week, close by good schools for their one-year-old son, Otto.
They intend to renovate this latest property also, potentially adding a third floor to better capitalise on the harbour views.
Records show the property last traded for $6.8m in 2017.
Vaucluse is one of Sydney and Australia’s richest postcodes with a median house price of $8.475m, according to PropTrack.
The sale looks to have capped off a big week for Fettes — he also sold a large home at 24B Victoria Rd, Bellevue Hill for $28m and another home in Lennox St, Bellevue Hill, for about $8m.
