So, this is what $132m gets you.

The billionaire has just listed the prime piece of real estate he has owned since 2018.

The Beverly Hills home is priced at $US85m ($A132.23m).
Packer bought the home, which was previously owned by Hollywood star Danny DeVito in 2018 for $US60m ($A93.34m), according to realtor.com.
The marketing for the property says it is “Beverly Hills at its finest”.
DeVito lived in the home for 21 years, before selling it TO developers who undertook an extensive renovation – creating the ultimate luxury home for the most discerning buyer.
Dating back to the 1930s, the sprawling property sits on 2260 sqm and features multiple buildings, including a three-storey accessory dwelling and a separate maids quarter and guesthouse.

The property boasts 12 bedrooms and 18 bathrooms. The master suite features two master baths, double vanitys, a linen closet, powder room, shower and sub and steam shower.
“A magnificent estate nestled on 1.2 sprawling acres in the heart of Beverly Hills, 1028 Ridgedale Drive beckons with iconic L.A. living that fully embodies luxury in every regard,” the listing reads.

According to The Daily Telegraph’s Annette Sharp, Packer is selling the home because he has no interest in living in LA if his kids won’t be visiting. Earlier this year, Packer’s ex-wife Erica Packer moved to London with the couple’s three children.
However Erica still owns the Bel Air home she bought for $13.5m in 2014 and shows no sign of selling.
Her latest property move was in August, when she let go of her exclusive home in Sydney’s Vaucluse to her big sister Joanna for just $1.

James Packer might now decide to call Sydney home again. In March he jetted back to his home town with Erica and the kids to check out his $60m penthouse in sought-after Barangaroo for the first time.
James Packer bought the home off the plan in 2017.
He hasn’t lived permanently in Sydney, since he sold La Mer, one of the Harbour City’s most incredible homes, for $70m in 2015. At the time it was Sydney’s richest home sale.

The Packer family have been very active in real estate this year.
James’ sister and fellow billionaire Gretel Packer is set to create a mega penthouse in the Art Deco treasure the Macleay Regis, following her $9m purchase of the sub-penthouse in March.
Meanwhile, Gretel’s son and the eldest grandson of late media mogul Kerry Packer, Benjamin Packer Barham splurged on a record-breaking $8.4 million Bondi penthouse in February.
