Solugen purchased 11,000 square feet of warehouse space at 11808 Canemont St. 
Dallas-based Montfort Capital Partners purchased Savannah HWY6 Self Storage, a 678-unit, recently completed self-storage facility at 14215 Highway 6 in Rosharon. Steve Mellon, Brian Somoza, Adam Roossien and Matthew Wheeler of JLL Capital Markets represented the seller, Quintet Capital Group. The property consists of six single-story storage buildings and 900 square feet of office space and is 75 percent climate controlled. 
Sueba USA started construction on Ivy Lofts, a 335-unit luxury apartment community with 10,707 square feet of ground level retail space in Pearland’s emerging Ivy District. The four-story property, at 1466 Ivy Park Terrace near the southwest corner of South Spectrum Boulevard and Texas 288, marks the first development from the ground up within the Ivy District, a development of America Modern Green planned for office, retail and residential components in the Lower Kirby area. Planned to open in late 2023, Ivy Lofts will have an executive center with catering kitchen, automated lockers for parcels or cold deliveries, a resort-style pool, separate lap pool, outdoor cabanas with grilling areas, 24-hour CrossFit-inspired athletic center, pet spa, net café, gourmet coffee bar. The apartments will have freeway access to both Texas 288 and South Beltway 8.
RESA Power, a provider of services for power distribution and control equipment, announced the relocation of its headquarters to 8723 Fallbrook Drive in northwest Houston. The new office and warehouse support and complement RESA Power’s operations nationwide. The company is owned by global investment firm Investcorp.
KB Home is selling homes starting around $250,000 in Marvida Trails in Cypress.
Atlantic Gulf Insurance Brokers leased approximately 9,000 square feet in 10333 Richmond. Temple Brown of Brown Office Realty represented the tenant. Terri Torregrossa and Kim Shapiro of Avison Young represented the landlord, Accesso.
NuCo2, a provider of beverage carbonation services to the hospitality industry, leased 8515 E. North Belt Drive. Doc Perrier and Jason Gibbons represented the landlord. The building has 12,055 square feet of industrial space and 4,972 square feet of office space.
KB Home announced the opening of Marvida Trails, a single-family home community in the Marvida master planned community in Cypress. Homes range from 1,300 to 2,500 square feet and start in the $250,000s.

Kevin Poynter of Poynter Commercial Properties Corp. represented the landlord, Commerce Green Associates LP. Christopher Williams of Gary Greene Commercial represented the tenant.

Dr. Chaowen Wu leased 2,045 square feet at Pinecroft III, 9303 Pinecroft Drive, Suite 390, The Woodlands. Peter Hays of Practice Real Estate Group represented the tenant and CBRE represented the landlord. 
Houston-based Forum Energy Technologies completed the sale and lease-back of four manufacturing and distribution centers located in Texas and Louisiana.
Bolterra renewed 4,537 square feet at 1880 S. Dairy Ashford. Kacie Skeen represented the landlord, Hartman Income REIT.
Amani Engineering, a civil engineering firm that has been in business for 22 years, leased 6,408 square feet of office space at 11011 Richmond Ave. Ryan Hartsell of Oxford Partners represented the tenant. Trey Miller and Stephen Bell of Boxer Properties represented the landlord.
Bravo Charlie Properties purchased of 9.7 acres at U.S. 59 and FM 1314 in Porter. George Montes of Cypressbrook Co. represented the buyer.
