An exceptional opportunity has become available for someone looking to develop their property career and specialise within Commercial Property
This will suit somebody with a solid background in property (residential or commercial), perhaps in lettings, property management, administration etc who is hungry to develop and achieve more.
What is essential is a passion for property, coupled with property experience, and an ambition to move your career forward, as this role can offer a huge amount of career progression.
Working for a highly reputable organisation that covers commercial surveying, facilities management, estate management, and finance, looking after a prestigious city centre portfolio, you will be part of the commercial surveying team, working closely with the team of surveyors.
Your role will involve supporting the surveyors, with business rates appeals. You will need a keen eye for detail and accuracy, be a confident user of Excel and internal databases, and hold strong general property administration skills. You will also visit sites within the city centre based portfolio and help perform inspections alongside a surveyor.
Once established in this position your career can further develop into a Rating Surveyor role, looking after your own portfolio of clients, with full support and training.
