The home, which sold on December 17 for an undisclosed sum, is on a 1680-square-metre block and is nestled in greenery, which the ritzy suburb is renowned for.
Listing photos reveal a four-level brick build and a neat but older style which could shine with a revamp.

Domain's House Price Report for the September 2023 quarter reveals the median house price for St Ives is $2.9 million, an increase of 52.6 per cent over a five-year period.
Records show the home last sold for $1.22 million in July 2007.
