Turner Engineering was founded in 1974 and is headquartered in Perth, Western Australia.
The company, which is among the region’s longest-standing independent HVAC distributors, boasts a highly proficient team comprising HVAC specialists, technicians and engineers.
Annual turnover topped $27.9 million last year.
This acquisition aligns with Beijer Ref’s overall acquisition strategy and strengthens the company’s offer in the region, the company said in a statement.
